Independent consulting, before Quantum Branding

In 2012 I consulted for Myah Bay. The work ran in a specific order: an internal audit, then adaptation to the local market, then the communication tools, then a launch event.

The order is why it is here. Around a launch, the visible request is the event and the materials. The audit came first because what goes to market has to match what the organisation actually is, and local adaptation came before any material was made. It is an early, small instance of the sequence that Quantum Branding later named: look first, decide, then build.

What I take forward

I start with what is true inside an organisation before deciding what to say outside it, and I did so before the method had a name.
