Between 2011 and 2012 I worked on Hanoot from the beginning. I created the concept, then the visual identity, the communication and the strategic positioning, and I handled the staffing.

Staffing is what makes this record distinct. A concept and an identity can be delivered as files. Hiring the people who will carry them is where a brand becomes behaviour, and here I did both. Hanoot is the earliest record of that span in my work, from the idea to the team that runs it. The original visuals are kept in my public portfolio.

What I take forward

My work runs past the deck. On Hanoot it ran from the concept to the people hired to deliver it.
