About equilibrium.
Finding balance might certainly be the struggle of my life. I love(d) ups, I love(d) downs.
That feeling you get from both is the exact same electrical wave when it comes to your brain.
It damages you the same was and extracts you from experiencing the beauty of « small » things.
You become an addict. It is a drug.
Content on social media works the same.
It triggers your brain creating instant pleasure. Works the same with porn.
You become the prisoner of instant rewards, like a dog with a piece of sugar. A feelings rather than being the experimenter of it.
Experimenting feelings, is witnessing what you feel, looking at it, learning moving.
Moving doesn’t necessary mean moving up.
You are not climbing into life.
Life can be something else than a struggle.
Life can be magical.
It is magical.
One shall dance on the rythme of that music called life. You will find others dancing on the same chords, vibing on the same note.
You will recognize them.
To find my balance, I do few things, the best I have find by far is looking at my thoughts and only questioning my patterns, this is possible to me thanks to @iceman_hof it did change my way of looking at everything.
Trying is moving for me.
You won’t silence your mind, but you could remain in control by being the silent witness of your thoughts.
Your brain is a machine, that machine should be controlled by something, someone, it is the soul. You are not your thoughts.
Your thoughts are only some sort of electrical waves of protection.
To survive.
It is time to live.
Your brain was designed to protect you.
It is a shield. It is the most incredible machine ever designed. It calculates everything based on past assumptions and future possibilities.
It doesn’t really understand the present moment.
The soul does.
Your brain will look at every idea you bring to it from your soul perspective as a threat.
It will try to protect you with so many thoughts/ ideas of potential failure, shame, fear, that you will end up being static.
Once aware you won’t be letting a machine running a protection program.
